Prom

• Only Juniors and Seniors may purchase tickets. Any underclassmen ticket must be purchased by the Junior or Senior at the same time they are purchasing their ticket. (see additional guest requirements below)
• Students are only allowed to purchase two tickets.
• Students may purchase tickets from the bookkeeper in the front office, before school, after school, or at lunch time (location may change during lunch).

Prom Eligibility & Ticket Purchase Requirements

• All fines and fees must be paid before a prom ticket may be purchased.
• Processing Time: Once all fines and fees are paid, please allow 2–3 school days for processing before you are eligible to purchase a prom ticket

Refund Policy

• Prom tickets are non-refundable.
• Additionally, Prom tickets will not be refunded if a student becomes ineligible due to disciplinary placement or outstanding make up hours that have been accrued.

• Metal detecting wands may be used for scanning upon entry.  
• All aspects of the code of conduct will be enforced and if you are in violation you will be picked up by a parent and meet with your campus administrator the following day of school.
• Students must have no outstanding make up hours.
• Students currently assigned to any alternative disciplinary placement, including DAEP, CAP, or JJAP, will not be permitted to attend prom.

Prom is a formal event. Students and their dates should be dressed appropriately.

• Front of dresses should not cut below the bust line and back of dress should not plunge below the back area.
• Dresses should not reveal whole side areas and or have large holes. See campus administrator prior if you have any questions, do not buy it and then check!
• Appropriate under garments should be worn but not seen.
• Tuxedos, suits, sport coats with a dress pant are all acceptable dress for our gentlemen.
• Gentlemen should not wear open toe shoes.

• Guests are prohibited 21 and over.
• Guests are required to be at a minimum of ninth grade.
• If you are bringing a guest who is a non–SFHS student or an underclassman, you must submit a completed Guest Form.
• Guest forms must be turned into Mrs. Loop (located in front office).
• Guest forms are available:
  • Online (to print), or
  • In the front office.
