Skyward Student Fee Management

Santa Fe High School – Skyward Family Access Fee Information

Step 1: Log In to Skyward Family Access

Select Skyward Family Access. Log in using your username and password to access your student's account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Fee Management Tab

After logging in, locate and select the Fee Management tab in the navigation menu to view all outstanding and paid student fees.

Step 3: Review Student Fees

All student fees are listed under the Fee Management tab. Review each fee for your student, including:

• Course fees
• Activity fees
• Badge fees
• Other required charges

Step 4: Make a Payment Online

Parents and guardians can make payments through Skyward Family Access using a credit or debit card at any time for added convenience.

Step 5: Pay on Campus with Mrs. Phillips

If you prefer to pay in person, visit Mrs. Phillips on campus to make a student fee payment. Cash, check, or card payments may be accepted on campus.

Step 6: Returning Student Registration

Parents and guardians completing returning student registration will be notified of any outstanding balance and prompted to make a payment before registration is finalized.
